Better information before the biggest decisions

Our mission

Buying an investment property is one of the largest financial decisions most people make, and it is often made on a listing photo, a single “estimated value” and a spreadsheet nobody else has checked. We think investors deserve better: official records, clearly labelled estimates and analysis that shows its work.

We start with public records because they cover every property, not only what is on the market, and because anyone can verify them. On top of those records we build deterministic, tested calculators and a private AI assistant that is required to separate facts from estimates and assumptions.

Where we are

We are early. The platform covers three South Florida counties, and features are being added as they are ready. We do not accept investment funds or offer securities. Investor offerings would require separate legal and regulatory approval, and the platform does not provide them today.
