How county selection works
- 1 County: Choose one supported county.
- 3 Counties: Choose three supported counties.
- Only markets marked as available can be chosen. Markets listed as coming soon cannot be selected yet.
- You choose your counties after you create your account, in the app.
Billing
- Subscriptions are not yet open. You can create a free account now; no payment details are requested.
- Plans are billed monthly.
- Payment is handled by a hosted payment provider at checkout. We never receive or store your card details.
- You can change or cancel your plan from your account. Billing details are shown at checkout before you confirm.

Records, listings, values and estimates
- County property records
- Official parcel data from the county tax roll and property appraiser. They cover every property, whether or not it is for sale.
- Listings
- Properties actually offered for sale. A record is not a listing; an asking price appears only when a listing has been legitimately provided to us, and it is labeled.
- Assessed and just values
- Values set for tax purposes. They are not asking prices, appraisals or sale prices, and caps generally reset when a property sells.
- Estimates
- Rent benchmarks, scores and calculator outputs. They depend on assumptions you control and are always labeled as estimates.
