- Public parcel records describe every property in a county, whether or not it is for sale. A parcel record is a research starting point, not a listing or an offer.
Listing snapshots (sale and rent)
- Last fetch: shown in the app for your counties.
- Share of the provider’s reported listings fetched: a small part.
- Source: an authorized third-party listing provider. No photos.
- Refresh limits: fetches are limited by a hard monthly request budget and read the newest listings first. A scheduled refresh is in development Status: In development. Listings not re-confirmed within the provider’s refresh window are flagged as stale and later removed.
- Listing figures are a stored snapshot from an authorized third-party provider, fetched on a recorded date. They are not live inventory, they cover only part of the provider’s listings, and a listing may have changed or ended since it was fetched. We are not an MLS or a listing service.
