When several people consider buying a property together, the hard questions come early: who puts in what, who decides, how profits and overruns are shared. We are building private planning tools to model those questions — not to raise money.
MultiInvest — private simulation Status: In development
MultiInvest is being built to let a private group model a buy-to-rent or a fix-and-flip together: unequal planned contributions, separate ownership, voting and profit-allocation percentages, a configurable distribution waterfall, capital calls for overruns, sensitivity and a flip-versus-rent comparison.
- Groups are private and invitation-only.
- Contributions are always labeled “Planned (nonbinding)”.
- No money is collected, held or transferred. There are no reservations, commitments, subscriptions or payments.

Beyond simulation Status: Planned
Anything beyond private simulation — forming an entity, accepting contributions, offering interests to others, coordinating a purchase on behalf of a group — raises securities, brokerage, tax and custody questions. We will not build it without legal review, and where it requires a licensed broker-dealer, funding portal, escrow agent or other licensed partner, it would be provided by that partner, not by Open Property Deals. It may never be released.

Each participant can underwrite the property on their own account with the Investment Analyzer Status: Available and track it in the Deal Pipeline Status: Available.
