A professional network around real opportunities
Deals move when the right people look at the same numbers. We plan to connect investors, brokers and the professionals around them through the underwriting they already do on Open Property Deals.
The problem
Investors, brokers, lenders and inspectors each keep their own spreadsheet, their own assumptions and their own version of a property’s facts. Time goes into reconciling numbers instead of deciding. Introductions depend on who you already know.

Guardrails we intend to keep
- Members decide what they share and with whom. Nothing is public by default.
- Every shared figure keeps its label and source.
- No feature will collect, hold or transfer investment funds.
- Anything involving securities, brokerage, investment advice, syndication, deal placement or joint ownership will be released only after legal review and, where required, with licensed partners — or not at all.
