Create your account and sign in
- Choose Create Free Account and enter your email and a password.
- Verify your email from the message we send you.
- Sign in. Forgot your password? Use Reset your password.
Choose a plan and your counties
- See the plans on Pricing.
- Counties are chosen in the app after sign-up, from available markets only; swaps may have a cooldown shown on the plan.
- Subscriptions are not yet open. You can create a free account now; no payment details are requested and no charge is made.
Search records and listings Status: Available
- Search by address, city, ZIP code or parcel ID, or browse the map; switch between map and list.
- Choose Off-market for public parcel records, or Buy / Rent for listing snapshots where available.
- Read the provenance labels: verified record, listing (asking), estimate or your assumption.
Run a rental or flip analysis Status: Available
- Enter the price you expect to pay.
- Review the sourced inputs and their labels.
- Change any assumption.
- Read the conservative, base and optimistic cases and the stress tests.
Set targets and read the maximum offer Status: Available
- Set one or more targets; each is labeled “Your assumption”.
- Read the maximum offer and which target sets it.
- Where an asking price is known, read the gap to asking in dollars and percent.

- Define a buy box: markets, price range, property types, strategy, targets and financing.
