Start a site search from the public record

Before a feasibility study comes a long list. Screen the public parcel records of your counties and keep the sites worth a closer look in one place.

What you can do today

  • Search and map public parcel records by location, property type, building size, year built and value Status: Available; each record shows land use and land area as the county publishes them.
  • See recorded sales and tax values with their sources and dates. Just value, assessed value and taxable value are set for property-tax purposes. Last sale price is what a past buyer paid. None of them is an asking price, an appraisal or an offer, and they are never substituted for one another.
  • Track candidate sites and decisions in the pipeline Status: Available.

Fit note

The analyzer models rentals and fix-and-flips today, not ground-up development. Zoning, entitlements and environmental data are not included; verify them with the local jurisdiction.

Important

Open Property Deals is an information and analysis tool. It is not a broker, lender, investment adviser or listing service, and nothing on this site is an offer to buy or sell real estate or securities, or investment, legal or tax advice. Property records come from public sources and may be incomplete or out of date. Estimates and projections depend on assumptions that may prove wrong; real estate investing involves risk, including loss of capital. Verify every figure independently and consult licensed professionals before making a decision.
