This capability is planned. This page describes what we intend to build.
Matches you can explain
We plan to match shared opportunities to the criteria members state — markets, property types, price range, strategy and targets — and show the reason for every match, the way Deal Hunter shows why a listing is on its shortlist.
Intended workflow
- 01
State criteria once
You state criteria once, privately.
- 02
Explicit rules
Shared opportunities are checked against them with explicit rules; each match lists which criteria it meets and which data is missing.
- 03
You decide
You decide what to open, save or ignore.
Guardrails
A match means “fits your stated criteria”, never “recommended for you”. Matching will not be based on protected characteristics and will not be used to steer anyone. Whether matching investors with opportunities raises brokerage or investment-adviser questions is subject to legal review before release.
Registering interest sends us a short note. It does not create an account, a reservation or a commitment of any kind.
Important
The Investor Network and every collaboration capability described here are planned. Any feature involving investment offerings, securities, brokerage, investment advice, pooled or joint ownership, syndication or the placement of deals is subject to legal review and, where required, to licensed partners. Nothing on this page is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security or interest in real estate, and no such feature is available.
This capability is planned. It is a statement of intent, not a commitment; scope, timing and availability may change, and it may not be released.
Important
Open Property Deals is an information and analysis tool. It is not a broker, lender, investment adviser or listing service, and nothing on this site is an offer to buy or sell real estate or securities, or investment, legal or tax advice. Property records come from public sources and may be incomplete or out of date. Estimates and projections depend on assumptions that may prove wrong; real estate investing involves risk, including loss of capital. Verify every figure independently and consult licensed professionals before making a decision.
