Built to be checked, not just believed
The platform is designed so that every number can be traced to a source, a formula or an assumption — and so that the same inputs always produce the same answer.
Deterministic financial engine
- Rental, flip, maximum-offer and capital-allocation calculations are plain, versioned functions with automated tests.
- The capital-allocation engine is checked against an independent reference implementation.
- The engine version is stored with saved analyses, so a saved result can be explained later.
- No language model does the arithmetic.
Provenance by design
- Every field carries one of four labels — verified record, listing (asking), estimate, your assumption — plus its source and dates.
- Imports are logged run by run (rows read, added, changed, rejected). Missing fields stay missing.
Responsible data ingestion
- Public records are imported from official publishers on a schedule.
- Listing data is fetched from an authorized provider under a hard monthly request budget, checked before each run; partial reads never mark listings as removed; stale and expired listings are flagged and removed.
Access and security
- Property records and analysis are served only to signed-in members whose plan covers the county; the public website reads only aggregate figures.
- Passwords are stored as one-way hashes; sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies.
- Card details, once paid plans open, are entered only on the payment provider’s hosted page; we never receive or store card numbers.
- We do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
- No certification or compliance badge is claimed.

The private AI assistant is in development and is not part of any plan today. When released, it is designed to separate verified facts, estimates and your assumptions and to quote the calculators rather than do arithmetic. It can make mistakes.
