We plan a feed of opportunities shared by network members — each with its record facts, its asking figures and the sharer’s assumptions, clearly labeled — that you can open in your own analyzer.

You filter by your buy box and open any item in your analyzer with your own assumptions.
Guardrails
Items in the feed are shared by members, not offered by Open Property Deals. The feed will not carry offerings of securities, interests in entities or pooled investments. Who may share what — including listing-authorization and advertising rules — is subject to legal review before release.
Registering interest sends us a short note. It does not create an account, a reservation or a commitment of any kind.
